These Member Terms and Conditions set out the general rules, expectations, and responsibilities applicable to all members of /Ae-//Gams Sport Club (“the Club”).
By registering as a member, participating in Club activities, or representing the Club in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms are intended to promote fair participation, safety, and the smooth operation of the Club for the benefit of all members.
Membership of /Ae-//Gams Sport Club is open to individuals who meet the Club’s registration requirements and agree to abide by its rules, policies, and codes of conduct. Membership approval is subject to the Club’s discretion and completion of all required registration steps, including payment of applicable fees.
All members are required to complete the official membership registration process and pay the prescribed membership fees. Membership fees are payable upon registration unless otherwise communicated by the Club. Failure to complete registration or payment may result in delayed activation or suspension of membership privileges.

The Club may restrict or suspend participation where safety concerns, disciplinary matters, or administrative issues arise.
The Club may establish codes of conduct, disciplinary procedures, and internal rules from time to time. Members agree to comply with these standards and acknowledge that disciplinary measures may be applied fairly and consistently where necessary.
Disciplinary actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or termination of membership, depending on the nature of the conduct.
Members must follow reasonable safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Club. The Club does not accept responsibility for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities, except where required by applicable law.
Members are encouraged to disclose relevant medical conditions where appropriate and to seek professional medical advice before participating in strenuous activities.
The Club may communicate with members using contact details provided during registration. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information remains accurate and up to date.
Membership may be terminated by the member at any time by written notice to the Club. The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where these terms, Club policies, or expected standards of behaviour are materially breached.
Termination does not automatically entitle a member to a refund of fees unless expressly stated in a separate policy.
The Club may update or amend these Member Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be made available through the Club’s official communication channels or website.
These terms are intended to support the effective functioning of a community-based sports club and should be interpreted reasonably, fairly, and in good faith.
